door Frame Measurements for a 78 fj40

I am trying to figure out the door frame measurements on a '78 FJ40(not the door itself). I need the measure ment on the upper and lower part of the frame Ie upper door hindge to door trike and the lower hindge to the lower part of the door jam.
Ie Im trying to straighten out the body because its off and I cand seem to line up the doors properly.
