Drop Drag Link?

Anyone know if there is a difference between drop drag links for Left Hand drive and Right Hand drive vehicles? I'm after a drop drag link for a RH drive 84 Hilux.

:aaa:  if its adjustable  then you could turn the ends to make them fit,  not sure otherwise
