What's the latest?  Last I heard FOPV had retained legal council and were moving forward against the Feds.
'71 FJ40, 350 TPI/420, 4.70/mini, 60's/5.38/42's, under construction.
'83 FJ60, SOA underway.  Soon to have a Police 350TBI/700R4/.....

Go here and urge the Inyo County Board of Supervisors to join the law suit.  :thumbs:

I asked Marlin about this and he has not heard of anything. Marlin owns land up in Suprise Canyon and yet he is not able to access his land. It is such bureaucratic :bull crap:
