testing the waters: DIY beadlock kits for sale

I have a good friend that works running a computerized plasma machine. He cuts out end caps and plate for steel buildings. I'm the guy that welds it all together.
Anyways, we're talking about going in and programming it to cut out beadlock rings. Then selling the rings as a complete kit. They would more than likely be cut from 3/8 inch plate. Right now, we're working on some plans for his 16.5 inch wheels. I've already got the sizes we need to do 15's also. But we can do any size.

Haven't really thought about the price too much. But I was thinking around 50-60 a corner. So, around 200-250 a set. But nothing is set in stone. This thing is still in the planning stages..

pics would help...and what would set yours apart from the other diy kits out there?

Price and ease of installation are the biggest things in considering D.I.Y. bead locks.  50-60 bucks a corner would probably sell several.
1999 CTD 2500 Sport TST/MBRP/AFE/K&N and Quadzilla 315's yada-yada-yada
1985 Four runner 5in lift 35's lockers etc.
1973 FJ buggy project INWK 3RZ SM420 Mini Axles and Aluminum tub/cowl building to be light weight

For 50-60 bucks per corner, I would probably spend the money and buy from a company that has a lot of experience making them and has a reputation for producing quality products. There are already several well known producers of DIY beadlocks for that price or close to it. I'm not downing you guys at all because I am sure you are very qualified. If you want to sell very many of them, you will need an edge that sets you apart from the rest of the producers. Just my opinion.
