That 2.3 is a good motor, you can get a turbo manifold off of a turbocharged thunderbird and with supporting mods you can be running 13's cheap. Junkyard turbo swaps rule!

there was a complete 2.3 turbo on craiglist for 300 a few weeks ago, would be nice. get all the 5 lug rotors and axle off a turbo coupe, and the turbo'd motor. have a later model svo for the most part. a lot of the turbo coupes had 3.73 rears with disk brakes. trust me, been thinking of it. or even a wrecked 5 liter mustang is a good donor for a drivetrain swap. I could have a clean bodied 5 oh with no bondo in the 1/4s and the front end still straight
