GOT MUD?

NOW I HAVE THE 258CUI INLINE WITH 155K ON IT NO PROBLEMS AT ALL(NOW THAT THE 4BARRELL IS ON IT).  I WANRT TO GET ANOTHER ENGINE READY FOR IT AHEAD OF TIME I HAVE A 4.3L  F.I. OUT OF AN S-10 BLAZER, COULD DO THE STROKER OF THE 4.2 I THINK ITS A 4.7., OR THE 340CUI FROM A MID '70'S DUSTER.  I HAVE THE 4.3 IT HAS 12K ON IT FROM JASPER ENGINES, AND THE 340 FROM THE DUSTER .  I NEED FOR IT TO MATE WITH THE AX-15 I JUST GOT AND MY TRANSFER CASE OF NP231.  SO EITHER
A.  4.3 F.I.
B. 4.7 STROKER
C. 340 CUI.

The stroker kit is a waste of time, the I-6 is an awsome motor and is bullet proof, providing it's the 4.2L, not the 4.0L.  The price the stroker kit cost, you could have an EFI 350, with much more potential.  If you have the 4.3 that is a good motor with decent power, and it is fairly light.
I would drop in a ford 302, or 350SB before I went with the 340.  :twocents:

You sould put a 440 in it that way its still mopar and you'll have all the power you could ever want or need :twocents: :beerchug:

I am going to recomend the stroked 4.7 only because i have a friend that did it.   Trust me it is bad ass.  More torque then you could ever need and so far no problems, with the motor.   the only thig he is having trouble with is the driveline, stuff keeps blowing up cause of the power.     the 340 would be cool but i think you will have more time and just as much money into it but as for the 4.3  :nonono:     options just arn't there like the other two.

Just remember.... Torque is GOOD
