the only thing that'll be big is the number of rollovers if that is actually a production vehicle and they sell it in CA.

Speaking of Cali as the over the line left state it is...anybody have any opinion as to how long before car makers are forced to produce and entirely different car for the cali market as for the rest of the US?  And how long before car makers just start stickering their products "Not for sale or use in California"  and just say screw em, we won't sell cars there anymore...it is too expensive to produce a seperate version of our cars just to meet their standards.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

No kidding :headshake: I wouldn't be surprised if they did that whole "not for legal use in California" before too long :shake:

That's why everyone who is legal should leave california, and have california as an illegal immigrant holding facility. Like a waiting room to go back to mexico.

How long?? Dude it was the early 70's when CA required different emmisions on vehicles. I used to have a 74 Satellite that was a US model, it came from Wyoming.

Cars are already built for cali. look in your yota haynes and it says smog for cali, federal.  There is about a million more things in em for cali.  SUCKS!

These guys rock, and they can play in the mud too. One even has a snorkle, would be interesting to watch it go deep.

I wouldn't say they're growing on trees over there, but those kinds of vans aren't abnormal in the asian countries.  When I visited Japan, a lot of the minivans had real bashing bumpers and 4 low.

Auto manufacturers are already selling vehicles in the US which aren't legal in CA, look at the diesel liberty.

Also, it's not uncommon to see minivans and regular cars with snorkels in tropical hurricane regions.  When I was in Grand Cayman last summer practically every car there had a snorkel.  :driving:
