Just doing what the words on the page are telling me to do.

My name is Talon, located in Visalia, CA. Have an '84 toyota pickup, LCE header & 2 1/4" to the back, 5" lift, 5.29's, aussie lockers but only 33" tires.....i'm still a youngin'  :ack: oh yeah, there's shark teeth painted on the fenders like a P40  :shake:

on another note, i'm also another college student, so my budget is not the greatest, but the love for wheeling is ever preset

I don't have a more recent picture than this one, though not much is changed  :) , I have newer tires on it now, and the bed isn't full of spare parts  :gap: , this picture was after a move....i think the during, so the parts were still in there (old tires & rims, springs, valence, exhaust, etc.)

Thanks Glen.

I'll probably need that defense more than often than not, I tend to ask noob questions and post crazy ideas  :shake:. Still hesitant to post up here, being a new guy and a kid  :tantrum:.

Thanks for the welcome though guys, I'll try to get my buildup posted when I get some more done this summer, should be Hy-steer, chebby rears, rears up front to replace the pro crap  :hammer:.

Here's a more recent picture of the truck, only real difference is the tires. Along with Aussies and yukons...but you can't see those....

Thanks, the paint is hopefully going to be redone over the summer. The teeth with be redone as well  :clap2:, the PO spray painted the truck the red it is now, and it's starting to wear off and i've got a few exposed spots  :nerv:. I'll have to do the teeth better this next time around, the lines aren't too clean when you get up close, but it's not bad for masking tape and rattle can  :haha:.

Has anyone got any suggestions on where to get some OD green paint, no gloss...and perhaps some hardener to mix in for a reasonable price?

welcome to marlin, mud flaps? ive never seen a yota with them still attached, u must drive with your brain, not your right foot

Talon84x4

I have to worry about them coppers, that's why the mudflaps are still on. Will be making them easily removable though, once I get some more wheeling under my belt and really need to.
