The bearings on the bottom end are bad.  The motor had 165 PSI in every cylinder, so it would be a very good candidate for a rebuild.  The oil pump went bad on it, and I ran it that way

Kind of depends on how much of the motor you want (I.E. short block, long block, etc.)  The head that is currently on it has been polished and ported
