Before shot

mmm ifs

rear shackles. 8" eye to eye out of 3/8" stainless

axle end lower link mounts

getting started

good start with the sawzall...

then the blade snapped 2" from finishing

finished er off with the grinder. ifs = gay

hover yota

wheelie machineee

Some prep on the 8"

i figured i'd beef these steering stops too...

my awesome welder from the 13th century BC

some flap disc work and i got a prepped 8"

framerail ready for some mounts

clipped my stainless brake line with the grinder.

even dad got in on the action

as it sits waiting for next weekend when i should start on links and throwing the solid axle under...

Looks goood.

Once you finish it up, think about some black paint for the frame and the rest of the fugly yellow stuff.

ya the yellow paint needs to go...i thought it would look cool....i was wrong......i mean steelers pride all the way......but o well...summer it will be olive drabb with a few added treats....Japanese Army style...haha...i promise it wont be corny....

HAPPY ST PATTY'S DAY EVERYONE!!!

...time to get druuuuunk!!! $Beer Chug\'n$ ......im not comin home this weekend...theres a few parties here and i dont feel like drivin home.....but i have been researching tractor top links....and possibly usin them for the links.....if i can find 30-36" ones im prolly just gonna use those for the lower links then buy a third...cut it in half and use the halves for the upper llinks....i dunno tho...the pipe i got for links is a bit of overkill i think....and money is low....im tryin to save

for the truck n still have fun at school...and it aint workin too well

....aint gots no beer money!!! and since i cant do much work w/ out the all the parts i have....id rather just wait till i have everything all together n build from there...not piecin things together n then havin to cut it off n re-do it....i have no rush to finish it(except for memorial day), since i do have a vehicle(which sucks!!)....id rather just take my time n do it rite the first time....i mean i have to so i can drive it...or just drop a 572 in it n ride wheelies everywhere.......buuuuuuuuuutt ill prolly be comin home next weekend....later on guys

i just noticed that on certain computers, the right 1/4 of allllll my pics is cut off......i wonder why.....o well....but the link idea is gettin thrown out the window.....im just gonna get a loan n buy leaves, high-steer and some 14" bilsteins, make my own u-bolt plates, spring hanger, front shackles(6"e-t-e), frame tubes, use my shock towers i made, make new shock mounts for the axle(sinced i chopped em off)...good thing i didnt cut off the leaf perches!!!............ill have to buy shackle bolts and lck nuts, get u-bolts made @ Island Spring, get bushings for the shackles and buy a new braided stainless line that i cut............then ill be payin off the loan for the next 625 years........its all good though

well...the toy is now getting leaves fo sho...i got em for free...their a marlin/all-pro hybrid...theyll work for now...ill try n get pics up after this weekend...its gonna sit on 4 wheels before i go back to school...n hopefully if i can score some $$ somehow...itll be back on the road in 2 weeks...

ok well...its done...its been done for a week.and no complaints...other than i have no usb cable to get the pics up on herrrre......buuuutt it worked well...its still a 2 wheeler...gotta throw the welded 3rd in the rear to match the gears and shortent he front shaft n install....but it flexes pretty damn good...so im happy with it.....and it rides pretty good after the shocks warm up...had to use hydros(mine were tooo long, the didnt fit at full compression)...haha i bottomed it out last nite.....u-bolt to the bottom of the framerail....i need to trim em off.......n add bumpstops....but im workin 8-7 mon wed n fri...n 9-4 tues n thurs......then class tues n thurs nites 6-9:30......buuuuuuuuuuttttt....it will never be done...its a never ending project.....
