were can i get some here in the bay area?? looking for surplus ammo... all i can find is new rounds and there a buck a shot... everyplace on the net for surplus ammo is sold out......

Have you tried checking in shotgun news?  They usually have some ads with really cheap reloads in most military calibers, and I know they had 303 britt in there.
