Hey any one interested in a Browns Camp Run the second weekend in April I'm trying to put a group together.  the date is 4-8-06.  I'd like to get as many people as possible and get some good wheelin in.  So far I have an 85 4runner and Yotaboy 79 going and my self.  Post up if you want to go  :beerchug:
1986 Toyota 4Runner 22re 5spd transmission and dual transfer cases (4.7's in the rear). E-lockers front and rear.

2005 GMC Sierra diesel, compound turbo setup to pull.

God gave all people talents but the only one who can find them is you.

KYOTA

better check before you go, most of TSF is closed

yotaboy79

whys that it cant be fire danger

KYOTA

too wet, erosion control by shutting trails down

TrikeKid

The trails suck worse when they're run on in the wet, that concrete clay turns to mush when it's good and wet.
85 Xtra-Cab- stuff and things.

yotaboy79

that just makes it more of a challenge

That sucks,  if trails are still closed then I guess we will have to find a different place to go wheelin.  yamxer438 thanks for that link it will be very helpfull in the future.

A small group f us went there in in the middle of Sept 05 and I was told that shortly after that they closed em all up.  Reading that update on the closures it appears that there is mucho grande logging going on around their.  It looks like there are also a few trails that were really (most difficult & Black diamonds) fun appear to be closing permanently due to erosion.  Clubs and volunteers will be making new ones and bypasses around the old stuff.  Will be interesting to see what they come up with.

Kinda sounds like some of that TSF wheeling area will be getting a face lift for sure.
It's built Chevy tough with Toyota stuff!
