I don't think Wyatt's been on here in a while,I'll give him a call and tell him to pop in here and give some updates.Here's a couple pics I have of his Taco out in Callico,I know he swapped out his MTRs and has Iroks on there now.

I believe that he's also putting in a wider front and rear housing.  He had wheel spacers and wanted to get rid of them.

Hey guys.  Sorry I haven't been on in awhile.  I've been super busy getting the new axles ready, hydro-assist steering, clearencing the rear fenders, and a bunch of other stuff.

The truck is on t's way to Colorado right now to go to the FJ Summit.  Jason is taking it up there along with a bunch of other FJ's we've done.

Here are some frm AZRocks this past April. They were taken on Highway to Hell. That was one cool trail.  Everyone suffered some kind of damage.  Two Tacos ripped p their bed sides, one Taco broke two 14 bolt drive shafts, an early pickup tore up his front fender, a well built jeep got yanked up two water falls, and I scratched my drivers side rear door handle, and twisted the splines on my front drive shaft.  We left camp at around 8:30 in the morning and got back at 9:00 pm.  It was alot of fun.





This next picture will give you an idea of how tall this water fall is and just how long my Taco is . Thats an early model Taco with all four wheels on the wall of the fall and he hasn't reached the top yet.

Wyatt what width did you go with your axles and whats your w/b?

70" wms to wms on the axle's and the wheel base is 129 right now but I'm taking it to 130.5 to clear my front tires at full stuff locked turn.

Wow wider than full width eh.  That beast is big.  I bet it rides smooth.

Yeah, it's big.  It does ride really nice considering how big it is, and it is alot more stable than one might think it is.  I gave Marlin a ride down one of the obstacles in Big Bear and he was surprised at how stable it was and that it didn't lean as much as he thought it would on that obstacle.

The other day I drove it to the shop from my house 50 miles away and back down again to the beach at 70+ mph and those Iroks are Bias ply and they're not balanced it it was great.  I drive it all the time on the weekends and try to drive it to the trails in the area.  Can't help but love the looks and the thumbs up it gets to.

Thats "Blacksheep" from San Deigo.  He used to live in Arizona.  He has a Dana 60 in the fron and a 14 bolt in the rear.  He has a three link with coilovers in the front also and is riding on 40" MTR's.  Nice truck.  You can catch him on the pirate 4x4 bord from time to time.  Nice guy and wheels really good too, although he did tear up his bedside on H2H.

damn sounds nice to me, is there a build up on Pirate for it? and is there a build up thread for yours? you should post up progress pics, if you have them. im interested in the process you guys took to build your Tacoma's

Thats going up I think 2n17 on Cleghorn trail.  There is a steep rutted climb that has three shoots and I was dared to go up the middle shoot.  They said no one ever made it up the middle.  It was really easy and I'm sure there have been lots of people making it up.
