1991 Chevy S10 Blazer 4x4 NEW LOWERED PRICE

I have a 1991 Chevy S10 Blazer for sale. It is 4 wheel drive and has a 4.3L V6.
Has:
226,000 Miles on body
50,000 on motor
Cold A/C
4 wheel drive
Automatic transmission w/ OD
4 Door
Tan interior
newer radiator and alternator
Sony CD player
Newer paint job

Needs:
A new heater core, the one in it is leaky and is being bypassed right now
Front Windshield
Also its probably something simple, but when you turn on the headlights, the right blinker indicator on the dash just stays glowing. Also when you turn on the right blinker it doesn't stay on and blinks really fast, when it does that the dash lights come on.

What I know about the previous owner is that a mechanic owned it and drove it a lot and then just put in either a new motor or totally rebuilt it. Either way, it has lots of power in it still.

Motor has lots of power and tranny shifts smooth and 4wd works. No noises when driving it. Just passed smog with flying colors too. The interior has just been steam cleaned. The drivers side door has a dent outward, like the previous owner backed up with it open in reverse or something. Also the roof has a dent in it.

My old jeep had the same problem with the blinker and it was just an $8 dollar relay.
