wanting tips on building exo

well once i get my susp on im going to stat my exo and tube flatbed.im wanting any tips and tricks that you all might have that might make it easier.if any of u have built your own please advise on any things that i should do to help get it right the first time thanxx

if your using seemed tubing try to keep the seams on the inside of the bend and if you have to cut and splice any peaces togeather use a peace of tubing that will fit inside of them and then hold about an 1/8 gap between the two peaces your trying to join and that will weld the the peace inside and the two peaces you get full pen with out burning through and dont grind any more weld than you have to the more you take of the more you weakin it and if your bending a complicated part or your not used to the bender or you not shure about the design yet use i cheap peace of thin wall tubing like .065 instead of the spendy stuff oh and measure 2,3,4 even 5 times take your time and be creative and most of all have fun

like yotaboy suggested read 'bendin 101' and then look thru the exo thread in the Toy FAQ (on pirate also) to get some ideas
