Yea, I think anything bigger than a 4 cell is considered a weapon.  Gotta love commifornia!  It seems that they just re-allowed thompson centers/encores again, so I won't complain too much!

:nope: you can buy'm.  Seen them in many sporting stores.  You ain't gonna find them in Walmart, but they'll have themj at surplus stores, and hunting/fishing stores.

Wa4x4.  It is always better to handle things the right way.  In fact, with your age, I am impressed you don't want to get your "posse" and go start something.  It is impressive that you wanna try to handle it the right way.  However, sometimes there is a need to handle it the right way by society, and the other way, to keep you from getting beat.  I have never started a fight, but I have finished my share of them.

Right on BD, you have a right to protect your self against being attacked, but you don't have a right to attack someone.

I know today I had the right to use near lethal force claiming I was afraid for my life. I could have gotten out of my car with the chunk of steel and beaten the living hell out of the guy but why?

I think in the eyes of the law, both would be considered lethal weapons.

I think they would rather have seen you run the light than engage in combat.

Getting out while someone is beating on your window would only put you in grave danger. It would be justified if you shot them, so long as you were trapped and could not get away.

I was trapped at the intersection. Car in front and Bronco up to my bumper. I wasnt about to get out of my car, but if he got through the window it would have been my only choice. Get the :pokinit: beaten out of me sitting down or stand up and have a chance to defend myself. Good thing subaru glass is so resiliant and this guy couldnt punch that hard. Still kinda freaky to think about it and that I have to face the guy tomorrow. I'm just not going to be walking alone a lot and for sure not bringing my car because that's all I need right now is for them to beat the hell out of my car.

Come to think of it I have seen these guys mess up someone's truck before. I was sitting in my car with a friend before class and I look over and they were standing on top of a 2x4 ranger beating the hell out of it. They broke the windsheild, dented the doors and fenders and broke the headlights. I dont want that happening to my WRX.

it isnt that subaru glass is so resilent.... if the window is fully closed, it takes a huge amount of force to break it.....

not sure what level of science class you have, but talk to your science teacher about it, closed, windows are pretty tough, had it been opened at all, would have shattered like nothing.....

Definitely do that, I am not much of one for running to the police when something happens but it is always good for you if you ever have to resort to a Ass kicking.  Because then the Police know that you have had problems with them and you will have more support by the law if something went down.

I have been in a few situations like this, and the police can help you if you give them a chance, but thats my biggest problem I like to settle things myself.  Then I always remember  -  "vengeance is mine saith the Lord" -

Report it to the school and to local police as well. That way you have some documentation on record that there have been past incidents in the event that another one takes place. Often times in road rage incidents it is hard to prove one side at fault.   If the police talk to the offending party though it might make them leave you alone or it could make matters worse.

Not reading the whole thread so this could be already discussed but from this point forward report every incedent that occurs. Even if you have no proof that they did what may be coming your way. You will need a chain of events to prove what is/may occur. It is the school's responsibility since it occured on school property during school hrs. The question is if there is no further problems do you want to pursue the issue? If you fear there may be then you need to be able to have written proof of events. It is just that simple.

daddys limo in the shop? oh thats right your going to drive the Mercedes "they wont know whos that is". Your story here is a little different than that I've read elsewhere, as in you've had problems with these guys before. Sounds pretty one sided to me lets here the whole thing with out the sugarcoating. From reading this thread and others (roadracing etc) here and on other bbs you sound like more and more of a clown the more you post.
