Dude, some day I WILL own a 4wd tercel, just to ad to the long list o toyotas I've owned....never shoulda sold the 85 corolla gts though :down:

4wd Tercels are wierd birds, that's for sure.  Every now and then we get one in at the dealership for service.  Half the time, they're stinky hippie-mobiles, covered in rainbow stickers, phish stickers, and smell like B.O. and weed.  The other half are meticulously maintained and look factory original.  The super clean ones always come with wierdo owners who know EVERYTHING about those old tercels...

Eccentric types.....dude, I know exactly what you're talkin about!  I grew up in the sticks, and like you said they were either driven by wierdos in immaculate condition or the pot smokin hippies, and they stunk like petulie oil.

i want one for commuting and occasional fun use, and when i sense that the end is near, i think it will be loads of fun on the slabs of the rubicon!!!!
