Rubithon; another one has come and gone

Wow, another awsome time at Rubithon.  Only a couple new scratches, no dents.  Man it always goes by so fast.  Well, the turn out was less than normal from the obvious re-scheduling of the dates from June to Aug.  I think it was a pretty safe time too.  There was only one roll, that I heard about, an fj40 rolled on that off camber section just below Big Sluice.

Marlin!  We missed you man!
 
We figured you would be rolling in just in time for dinner and the raffle in classic Marlin style.  I think there were alot of people weren't able to make it because of the time change.   Leaving was pretty interesting, I've always left 'after' the traffic, like 9-10.  But no one left early this year!  We left at 10 and after the first sharp right, (right where the Cadillac is), it was 1:20!!!!  There were 25 cars ahead of us, (with the lead rig having fuel delivery problems), and at least 20 behind us at that point.  
All and all, it was a blast.  If you haven't done the Rubicon, its a great time.
