I just traded some rims for these 38/15.5/16.5 10 Ply Super Swamper TSL Radials. They have 15-17/32's left on them. I know how much they are brand new. But i need to sell them. But i don't know how much a tire like this big is worth?  :inthedark:  :hammerhead:

I'm a little confused...you traded for the 38s and now want to sell them?  It would help if you could post a pic of one or all of them.

Without seeing them I'd hafta agree with Glen.  If you average 15-17/32s you get 16/32, which would be half tread, which is a breaking point for value.

:attention: Actually it isn't half tread. I work at a tire shop. 32's is the units of measurement you use. If you look on the interco website. Almost all Super Swampers come brand new with 21/32's of tread. :yesnod:

Tires are manufactured with a "wear bar" that tells you when there is less than 1.6 mm (2/32 inch) of tread depth remaining. He's right, 21/32 on new TSL's. I calculate 77% tread. And your welcome for the bump. ;)

Ok, you're right....BUUUUTTTT....I thought a lot of tires came with more like 27/32 or so, which would put it at more like 60%, but since those come with less then you are correct.  I didn't actually think any tires came with that little tread unless they were a streety tire, but now I know.  I still say pics man.
