Our little redneck stepchild. Maybe we should all send him just 1 tool we got spares of.

Aw nevermind, we need to teach him to be thrifty too.

chicago wrenches from harbor freight are actually pretty good, start with HF tools and replace em with Mac or something else cool when you get the $$

Watch Home Shopping network...they sell craftsman tools, pretty cheap....and if you want to get out of paying freight charges (some sets are heavy) and save more money go to a local sears and tell them about the set you want on HSN...since sears has whats called a "price match guarantee" they will give you "10% less if you find it at a lower price" normally this wouldnt work, because craftsman is a sears only brand...but HSN is sellin em less so, they gotta live up to the Guarantee...just make sure you know all your :pokinit: before going in there....if you just stumble through it and try and lie they will probably not go for it, cause they know all the :pokinit: before you do....so make sure you get what time it was on, the EXACT name of the set, how many pieces it has, the product #, and the referance # that HSN sells it with...then they will have to work with you...

There are people who do this and sell the tools on ebay, at a relative low cost, and still make a living from it....

dude hit the garage sales on weekends and swap meets there is one in Santa Cruz that I have gotten snap on and matco stuff at for pennies. Also harbor freight is a great place to get tools. OSH has Craftsman stuff that has a life time warranty also.  Good luck in your search
