Nate, The Jimny's are the newer version of the Jimmy.

Well slap my ass and call me Shirly!  That's fairly odd though.

You can go through life being scared of the possible, or you can have a little fun and tease the inevitable.

Give a man venison, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to hunt Blacktail, he'll be frustrated for life!

Hey guys,

I am back in Fresno, of course, but I have not had any time to even think about the forum, let alone update this post. I am still in the middle of moving into the new house (and also have forgotten where I packed things a month ago before leaving to Japan) and this is the first week of school so I have been busy buying books, attending class, and studing.

But this weekend I should have time to get some more updates here, so that's my plan for now

All of my Japanese buddies who are into cars and bikes and actually know quite alot about engines and engine theory have NEVER seen a Wrecking Yard in Japan. They don't even know if they have them. They have been to the wrecking yards here in Fresno, so they know what it is.. But I guess they just don't have the land for it or something....

Swap in a Turbo Diesel for my 3RZ? Wow, that's a very very very very easy answer: NEVER. ;)

Well this weekend was really busy unfortunately. I had to do some repairs to my truck so I can make the snow run this weekend, and I am still helping out Bevin with his truck and also going through boxes getting moved in over here. I am sure that will take another month to get completely moved in..

I am going to bring the laptop to school so I can work on it during my breaks there, after I finish my homework of course.

Hopefully I can get some pics up soon,
Cya

Holy thread resurection Batman!   :yikes:

He went there 3 1/2 years ago I doubt he remembers.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Yup, I saw beer as well as cigarettes. 24/7 service for all!

Regarding this thread, I never did finish my report from the land of the rising sun. We still visited many other places that I didn't write about. It would feel good to reminiscence. I'll look into reviving this in June
