Well after about 5,000 miles on my Marlin springs they ride pretty nice, however my truck is just a little too tall for these parts.

Has anyone removed a leaf from the 5" springs front or rear?   And if so which leaf should be removed (im assuming the very bottom one)

Knowing me Im gonna do it anyway but I was just curious if this is a bad idea, inviting body roll etc.....

Thanks in advance!

removing 1 leaf should make it sit lower,  maybe replacing the 3rd leaf down with a stock 3rd leaf  :dunno:  sure to loose a inch that way

Haven't done it yet, but I plan on removing the bottom leaf from my 4-inch Marlin fronts...it is just too tall for me, I'd rather cut and bumpstop than leave it up high.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5
