3.4 engine swap--trans question

Can you install a 3.4 and computer that had Auto trans into an older 4runner with 5speed?  If so, how?  What wiring and computer mods are needed?

Hello guys,

I spoke with MBWaggs earlier today and Marlin and I both know it can be done, but were interested in what is involved and any loopholes or trouble areas that MBWaggs might have to sift through.

He's got access to an Automatic 3.4L and he wants to swap the 3.4L with his current 3.0L 5Spd. So in other words, is it worth it or should he just try to find a R150F 3.4L setup..
