head replacement

so i jsut got my new head from engnbldr in the mail today  :greengrin:  and was wondering if there are any good write-ups on a head replacemen. Gonna start tearing my engine apart tonight and anything would be welcome help.

well,        pull the intake, exhaust, valve cover,  did you get a timing kit??  if it had alot of miles on it i suggest it,    pull the distributor,  dont forget the 12mm bolt thats under the gear drive of the distributor, in that pool of oil you wont see it but its there

make sure everything is clean befor installing the headgasket,  use some rtv  on the gasket around the timing cover

ok so i got everything back together and must have mixed up a fuel line because i am getting none, was wondering if anyone has some pics out there of the carb and fuel lines on a 22r.

remember to install the fuel pump cam on the camshaft? :_order:

got everything running last night so no worries, turned out i had the distrubter 180 degrees off.
