1986 Suzuki Sami For Sale

I've had the 86' Sami for a couple months, planned on building it up but with my new job and plans to buy a house.. I dont have the time nor the money to build it the way I want to. It has a strait body with no dings or dents, fresh paint and doesn't burn any oil or leak a single drop of anything.

Here's the specs list:

Around 50,000 on fully rebuilt 1.3L Sami engine with a Thorley Header (CA smog legal with sticker), Accel ignition and wires, new plugs. This is by far one of the cleanest, nicest running engines around. Extremely dependable and VERY economical. I can drive it 70 miles a day for an entire week on 7 gallons of gas.
Full Con-Ferr roof rack
Trail tough Suzuki front tube bumper with reciever
Trail tough Suzuki rear tube bumper with reciever, spare tire carrier and 5 gallon Jerry can rack.
Two KC spot lights on each side
Four Safari lights mounted on top of the Con-Ferr roof rack
CB hooked up to a PA system and loud speaker out the back so you can hear it inside and outside.
CB Antenna that has capability to reach anywere
GPS Antenna hooked up on the rear of the Con-Ferr roof rack with wires ran into the cab.
48" Hi-lift Jack
Inside has been completely Herculined
Nice polished diamond plate tool box behind the seats
Winch on reciever unit mounted to tool box (Can be used in front or back)
Has a light mounted to the back of the 5 gallon Jerry can holder.
Four 31x10.50x15 tires with 80% tread on new chrome wheels and a brand new spare in the back.
4" BDS suspension lift with Rancho shocks
Bestop soft top with NO rips or tears
Newer dash installed with RPM gauge, MPH gauge, Fuel gauge and Temp gauge.
Shifts great and 4x4 works perfect.

Misc parts, paint, tune up parts. I have the original booklet that came with the Suzuki in 1986 purchased for $9000!

I'm asking a mear $3500

Located in Yuba City, 30 miles North of Sacramento.

I'll have to post up a picture of the engine compartment, that engines SO CLEAN!  lol

Thanks for the replys guys, got about 7 or 8 people interested right now.. hopefully i'll find a good home for this soon. Gonna make an awesome rig that's for sure!

Worst case scenario, if it doesn't sale i'm already collecting parts to drop Toyota axles in it

Forgot to mention it comes with a front tow hitch so you can pull it with you, the majority of the miles on this rig are from being towed behind a RV.

Don't these things get like 30-35 mpg?   :deal:

yea.. atleast.. I calculated that I drove to work an entire week which is roughly 70 miles a day for 5 days on only 7 gallons of gas.

70 x 5 = 350 / 7 = 50 mpg

Thats just cruising in 5th gear doing 60, mostly highway miles.

Seems like there's alot of interest for this rig yet no one's followed through yet.

Well, despite the goodies it has I think most people might be put off a little by the asking price.  This is one of those things that's only worth what people will pay, and while there are people out there that would jump on this deal I just don't think they're on this board.  Ebay baby!  If I didn't have so many rigs I'd be a helluva lot more interested cause I totally dig these and I like the way yours is set up, but I already have WAY TOO MANY PROJECTS!  Did I say ebay yet??!!

That's the only reason it's up on the board, i've got way to many projects and not enough money. I've been slowly collecting parts for this though so if it doesn't sale i'll just keep it and swap some Toyota axles under it, SPOA, lockers... ect ect.

I probably wont drop the price because I dont absolutely NEED to sale it, its such a clean rig and such a perfect project.. its worth that much to me  :)

Have a few possible sales in the works right now, if they fall through no biggie.... it'll be my winter project and the CJ-5 will be put on the back burner for a bit longer.
