changing my 3.0l v6 to a 22r 1994 4x4 truck Oil Pan issue
« on: Oct 20, 2005, 07:17:31 AM »
I am replacing my 3.0L v6 in my 1994 truck with a 22r so far I have had to move the engine mounts and get a different bell housing and move the tcase crossmember back about 3", but my oil pan on the 22r hits the ifs diff.  I assume I will need a different oil pan and possibly a oil pick up tube.   Does this sound right or any good suggestions or does anyone have the parts I need?
Thanks,

not sure if this is doable or not, but what about an oil pan for a 4x2? my pan is rather shallow and it drops after the middle but stays high up front because on a 4x2, the steering/dragling and stabilizer is right underneath it
