where'd you go? was up there too, saturday afternoon/night.

if they are closing it, my best guess is to much littering from punks who think its cool to just throw thier trash everywhere and think it goes away....  :shake_head:

been up there past 2 weekends, haven't heard a thing about it getting closed....

Not true. I know many members of the Reiter Trail watch (RTW) and there has only been one closure and this is the last 100 yards of the wall trail due to a few bad eggs thowing all their garbage off the wall. You can park 300 feet away and hike up if you want. Reiter is not an established OHV area and the state can close it down whenever they feel, but no action has been taken to close the entire area.

My friends said it was getting closed because to many bodies were found up there and too many stolen cars.  But if it is not true thats great!

where'd you go? was up there too, saturday afternoon/night.

I was there late Saturday night, and sunday till 1pm  I was in my 4-runner white, blk rockcrawler's, 32" mt's, a gray passenger door, and no grill or bumper with round head lights.
And was with a black poof caned bobbed long bed 87 ifs toy on 35" bfg mt's.

There was a blue 79 Toyota corolla there that we rallied a little.

Re-read that. The word friend is not mentioned. I said I know them. Plus what does it matter in this case if they are my friend, I was just telling where the information came from and what the information was.

It's all good dude, I dont really care much what people say to me on these boards.  What's this I hear about "too many" bodies found up at reiter. I am seriously curious when the last time a body was found was. I found a cleaned doe on the trail a couple weeks ago, but that's the only body I've found. :dunno:

they find bodies up there?!? eeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwww lol

i seen dead animals, nothing like a human body..... i seen remains of labs up there(narcotic labs)....and know where the local cops shut a few down, other then that, i dont think ppl just go up and bury ppl up there...thats messed up and would get the trial closed real quick

only reason that it might get closed down, is ppl bring up cars and burn 'em out, stupid %^(#s think thats cool, sometimes it makes ya wonder, wtf are they thinking

didn't see ya, u might have seen my jeep, '93 yj with 35's, was runnin' around with a white toy with no bed at all, or a gun metalish chevy on 37s with a tacoma behind us.

I just herd that they were finding them up there.  No proof nore have I heard it in the news.  But hey if they havent thats cool.

I wonder if any of the big 4-wheel drive clubs have ever thought of trying to make it a orv park.

If people are taking bodies up there, I think trespassing on a closed trail would be the least of their 'law breaking' worries.

   Just my thinking

I am working 6 or 7 days every week. I haven't had time to even pull my tranny. I am working on my daughters car, her engine died & she only has enough to buy the engine. Guess who is putting it in for free?! I am working on iy for 2 hours every day before work. Alas, my own much needed repairs go by the wayside....again. I have to quit helping everyone or I will never get my truck fixed.I didn't even get a day off to go to the Reiter clean up last weekend.
