Not to be picky, but "Jeep Rescue Staff" would look a lot better on the back, in bold important text.

Be sure to have it in all caps.

Throw a Toyota emblem on the front pocket and a larger one below the Jeep Rescue Staff on the back.

Have to agree, I would be more interested in the "JEEP RECOVERY STAFF" on the back. Plain black or blue shirt with yellow or white text.

hello all. got the shirts done. will have pics up 2morrow. i bought yellow ink to due the staff shirt. but, the ink is crap. the shirt came out great. the only problem is the ink.   if ppl want this shirt. i will order the right kind of ink. i went to the local art supply shop by my house. i should have just ordered it from a good silk screen supplier. didnt want to buy a lot of ink if no one want this shirt. so stay tuned and see the pics 2morrow.
