I have a bed liner for a short bed 89 -95 toyota pickup. Over the rail style, includes tailgate piece. Appears to be factory toyota, as it says "Toyota" on the liner itself. Includes attatchment hardware for bed portion, the tailgate portion will use your tailgate screws. Appears to be in good shape.
Item is located in Merced CA, and you will need to pick it up. You could probably install it in ten minutes.
