Topic: knock sensors for 4cylinder 22re's (check engine lite on or broke your sensor?)

knock sensor fits 85 and up 22re's from my experience which is alot as a smog tech these sensors go bad from time to time or get broken when a oil change is done and the you check engine lite comes on after the engine rpm hits 2800 and above (code 21 i think) any way i have several of these sensors toyota wants an arm and leg (over 130.00 ) for this sensor i'll sell u these for 35.00 each e-mail or pm at grumpy1@netptc.net

  ya my lights been on for a yr or 2 with that code  but it's from knocking   light don't come on till U start driving/rev the moter


heck i think it would be wierd if the light was not on

you must not live in cali. cant pass smog with a check light. i hate smog its the worst
