:smack:  You probably got one for an 84-88 truck.  I always question sellers on ebay, unless I know exactly what it is by lookin at it.  I've rebuilt my bike a couple of times off ebay, and you hafta be real prudent about what the part actually fits.  Learned that one the hard way by not questioning the auction description, got a tank that appeared to be for my bike, would bolt up but was for a bike 1 year older than mine that was carbed, mine is efi.  He jerked me around for so long sayin he'd find me the right one and make it right till I finally found somebody that had the right bike.  I sometimes email sellers if they marked something for the wrong vehicle, and they're usually receptive.

Don't think so. There is no seconds adjustment on the 84-88 clocks.

Maybe it's from a right-hand drive truck?
