if your quiet, you can hear the pump cycle with the key in the on possition...shhhh, were hunting fuel pumps...

:funny:

well thats what i did and I can't hear anything when someone turns the key on.  Its totally silent.  Should I drop the fuel tank down and pull the pump out and see if its pumping at all.  Or is there an easier way to check besides listening since I don't hear anything.  I suck at hunting fuel pumps dang it. :help:

if your gunna get to the tank to get the pump out your almost better off unbolting the bed and lifting up one side of it thats what i did and it worked out real well (i had just filled my tank and didnt feel like draining it)

i don't know if you ever figured out your fuel pump problem but you got to make sure you wiring harness's are all grounded if they are not grounded stuff will act weird like that on one car i rebuilt the injector harness wasn't grounded right and when you'd turn the key the pump would pump until you turned it off it would pump until a line would blow off the clamp it was very irritating. haha but let me know if you got if fixed.
