alright....my rig...1982 toyota...wagoneer springs up front  63 chevys read....teraflex revolving shackles rear...22r...5sp....marlin crawler..and a stock transfer case....38.5x14 sx's...spool in the rear.....

I am having some problesm with my tcase and marlin crawler....my tcase wasnt shifting so i unbolted it and opened it up...cleaned it and saw nothing wrong so i put it back together..fixed the shifter....and bolted it back up to the marling crawler...and now the marling crawler wont shift.....so i took my tcase off again......then also took off my marlin crawler and bolted it all together on the ground...and it still is really hard to shift....like i have to yank on the shifter hard....i dont know whats going on? I was thinking because there was no oil in the marlin it wont shift??? i need help...

WHITE_TRASH

Turn the input or the output shaft a bit to allow the shift collar to line up with the gears better.  That may be the cause.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??
