The late (190 mm or so) 7.5" input shafted R150F from a 96+ Toyota (from behind the 3.4 liter v6) will probably work with a 7M-GTE bellhousing if you use a custom pilot bushing to support the input shaft. I believe the R154 gearbox has a slightly longer shaft than the late R150F. However this late R150F also has a chain driven Tcase with driver's side drop/front output.
I'm also thinking that the R150F and R151F's in Asia (OZ) found behind the turbo 2L and 1KZ-T or 1KZ-TE trucks/4Runners are passenger drop, chain driven Tcases. But they also have the same 160 mm (6.5") input shaft as the R151F found behind the North American 22R-TE trucks.
The thicker Camaro flywheel was used in conjunction with a 60 degree Chevy 2.8, 3.0, and 3.4 liter v6 in an attempt to adapt a R151F converted with a AX15 input shaft assy. This flywheel has nothing in common with a 5M, 6M, or 7M engine.
The 22R and 7M block to bellhousing bolt patterns differ, and the starter is also in a different location. One can not bolt a 22R bellhousing to a 7M block.
