time for diff cam

ok i want to get a different cam to increase my performance in my 22re with a header. i dont reall yknow which cam to choose but i awnt good low end torque and some mid too. what cam do you guys think would be good?

has any one used the eng builder crawler cam? basically what im looking for is a cam for off idle to around 4500 rpms

you could go with a Clevite 229-2293 cam.  It's basically a stage 2 cam, works well for me.  Available at any NAPA or wherever Dana engine parts are sold(Clevite, Perfect Circle, Victor, etc).

EDIT: Ok, I just saw it was RE.  So forget the part #, but the rest is still valid.

lc engineering builds cams specifically for rock crawling use, all you have to do is ask for it, they dont really advertise it much. :psss:

You're basically asking for a cam that improves performance over the entire rpm range of a 22R motor.  I would doubt if there was any product that made a significant improvement over that wide of a range, but maybe I'm wrong.

basically im looking for a cam for good low end power to get my 33x12.50s rollin better. so anyone know of a good cam for me? also that i dont have to pay out of my a$$ for?

trd+155-175
           lc eng.+175-200
           crane+155-175
again, id spend the extra few$ on a lc, if thats not cool, go with the trd, way better for the money than a crane
