well i have a leak on the driver side of the front axle. i tried to break it down to see what it is. i believe it is the inner seal. my question is how to get to the seal?? i cant get the hub housing off. any one got some advice on this issue? im new to the toy world and not a great mechanic but i want to do this myself. thanks

If it is leaking out of the nuckle ball then you need a front axle seal rebuild kit.  Replaces all the seals and the trinion bearings.  It is a good investment if you want to drive it alot without leaks.  There are some pictures on here of the parts of the nuckle and hub assembly, you just have to search for them.  not hard at all to take a hub and nuckle apart.  It is time consuming though.  And you need a special wheel nut socket to take it apart.

Man..thanks dogtoy. unfortunatly i left town yesterday for minnesota. this is the first chance at a computer ive had in a while. i really appreciate the offer. well the leak is coming off the dusk cover of the breaks and dripping into the inside of the hweel. not sure if its the inner or outer. i bought the seals and the new bearings from autozone. il look around the site to see if i can get an idea on how to do this
