my 22r has begun to get alot of blue smoke at start up and driving until the engine is pretty warm and a really rough idle until the engine is warm. at first i thought my rings were out since the engine has alot of miles. when i did a compression test i came back with 140-160 throuhgout the cylinders. which isnt good but is to good for rings to be out. I have recently put in new plugs, wires, and rebuilt the carb. somebody suggested valve guid seals and was wondering if this sounds correct.

smoke at start-up usually means guide seals.
A good day working, that's just sick :reg:
