I Finally swapped in my Longfields and now have my stock birfs out of my '85 for sale. In excellent shape- $40.00/ea.

 You should keep them for a spair.  Even if they are longfields it will break

I got a complete long side birf n shaft, $75 (yea I know not real cheap but I take trades etc as well ;) )
