I buy inexpensive shocks 20-35. Where can I get cheap shocks to work with my minor suspension lift? 2"

I worked at Kragens for almost a year and I never heard any complaints on Monroes.  You can get them at Kragens or Monument.  They run from $12 and up.

In that case, just go to your local Monro Muffler shop where they carry Monroe brand shocks.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

they just aren't soft enough for driving on dirt roads to get to the trail heads. i have to drive super slow or die from bumping. i want to get adjustable or something with a remote resivour(spelt that wrong)

I like my pro-comps, I've always been happy with them.  They work much better with weight on them though, my bed bounces around if there isnt anything in it

I was under the impression that MOST shocks are all valved the same, just have different mounting options and lengths. I mean ofcourse the $25-$45 like the skyjacker hydro's, rancho 5000's, procomp es3000? all the non-nitrogen ones.  I was also under the impression that most of those shocks were all made in the same plant. Monroe?

Doesn't KYB sell a cheaper monotube shock?  Maybe you could find the right size in one of them, would prob have a little better ride quality.   :dunno:

i would love to get old man emu nitro chargers. those are bad ass. most of my friends run them. but i think that i am too big. i need a shock with 14" of travel and i don't think they make that big.

You might want to try here.  I didn't look to see if they have any shock your application though.  It's Superlifts Scratch and Dent store.  Sometimes you can find some good deals on there.

best cheap shock i have ever seen is by deutch tech, i think i spelled it right, but they have off-road shocks in all lengths and are pretty affordable to.

couldn't you just relocate your shock mounts more twards the center of the truck that way you can have more travel without having to have you shocks so long. just remember to make sure they're a little stiffer than normal.
