My 4.3L is out of an 1991 S10 Blazer. It had a auto behind it, but now theres a granny 4 speed(NP465) and I'm thinkin that is part of the problem with the hole runnin rich. I'm thinkin that it is mostly the throttle position sensor know. But its rannin today and doesn't look like its goin to let up, so not sure when I can get out there and mess with it :(

Ok well last night I put the throttle body back on my truck. It turns out that a spring was broken in one of the injectors. Also the oxygen senser was all jucked up. its running better than before, real nice smooth idle. The intake is alot quieter too. It turn out that my engine was very fluided, I put new sparkplugs in it and fuel can running out from the sparkplug outlet. I craned it over a few time and more fuel came out. Then once we put the new sparkplugs in my dad and I disconnected the injectors and and the truck ran for about 10 seconds or more. Anyway know all I have to do know is  :driving: it and see if it stays runnin as well as it is now :crossed:

No theres anough room for them there. My problem is the 4.3 oil pan, it gets close to the tierod, I may need to make bump stops in case the frontend comes down hard, they will smack each other if I jump the frontend.

Yes the toyota box is out of a 87 toy and is rebuilt and taped for hydro. The pump is chevy though.

Today I was up in the snow and the truck did awesome, engine is running strong!

I don't have any. I few friends that were up there took some pictures, I'll have to see if I can get them.

I did notice that my tierod and my oil pan smacked each other. Theres a small dent in the oil pan and now my tierod is already bent :smack: , its not that bad at all though. I also found out that my power steering was over heating a little bit, so I'm a goin to have ta fix that. I'll be putting some vents in the hood of my truck to get some of the engine heat out.

Here's some  :snapshot: of a few things on my truck. The dent in the oil pan and the bend in the tierod from where they smacked each other. Also I put doors back on my truck for the first time in 2 1/2 years. Then my rear shock angle.
