OK, I went to mock up my rear shocks and come to find out my beaten to hell gas tank skid is in the way. I hit it with the 4-pounder for a while, but it isn't really doing the job...what are you doing for a skid there, or are you just removing it? The damn thing is so misshapen. Any help would be appreciated.
Aluminum toolbox is in the truck (or bed if you don't have a runner)?
1. Remove skid from vehicle.2. Get the BBQ going with a large pile of coals.3. Dump coals into skid and stoke it till it's red hot.4. Dump coals and pound out / reshape to your liking. 5. Cool to the touch, paint and reinstall in vehicle.Fixed
