How does it latch?  They look really good.

KYOTA

going to use a simple pin like Marlins but after I paint them I'm going to dip the latch end of the doors into that rubbery stuff that you can get for coating tools. That should keep them from making noise

Hyena

Sweet.  I might be doing a different setup then half doors.  My drivers door got destroyed.

Hyena

They look almost exactly like Shaffers doors.  nice tires btw!

KYOTA

those are VERY nice...much like I'm thinking of building; what did you use to bend it?? and how did you figger the angles?

KYOTA

I used the same pos pipe bender I used to bend my bumper and fenders, used sand to fill the pipe when I did the bumper but used water this time, way easier and faster. how did I figger the angles? eyballed it, got what I wanted for each piece one side and made another to match, then bent the next piece and so on. They came out damn near exactly the same after final welding and layed on top of each other.

finished latch/pin - located pins so theyre a tight fit keeping the door tight against the latch and dipped the ends in plasti-dip =no rattles 8)

You should add some reflector tape, a hand pump, pink tassels and a bell...

very nice work, saved a buttload by doing it yourself too

ingenius cupholder that is quite interesting.  I may have to steal that idea for my tube doors, because with all the tools in the back and the new dual cases there is no room for my console and cupholders anymore.

nice work.  :beerchug:
