headers?

im going to get a pacesetter header from summit racing. i was wondering if they are anygood because i dont want to spend 300 on a header dont have that kind of money.

what i would also like to know is i originally wanted the thorley from summit but its for vehicles up to 1988 and i have a 91 22re would it work or no?

the thorley made for my truck from summit is for 2wd would it fit my 4wd?

I got a pacesetter for my 3rz on Ebay and you get what you pay for.  The welding of the primaries to the flange was...   I used the gasket to mark the ports and used a die grinder to fix them up a bit.  I ended up welding the collector to the exhaust instead of using the paper gasket.  All in all it was a pretty good deal though as I couldn't afford one from LC Engineering.

i think the pacesetter and hedman headers for 22R engines are pretty universal, as they're a shorty type.  the thorley are long tube headers and i think they're more vehicle specific, but also a better header
