FJ 80 tie rod ends

I have just received my Marlink with the FJ 80 tie rod ends and one of the tie rod ends has an angle to it that seems funny. Are the tie rod ends supposed to move? It seems like I have been sent a tie rod end for a cross-over set-up, but I am not sure. One end is straight and the other is angled in towards the Marlink. I thought, "Well, maybe they move," but I cannot move it with my hand. Any help would be great!
