heres my new truck... 2wd.... got rid of my other truck i had... my 85 and got me a newer fuel injected 91!!!!  my plans are... well first of all save up 6k and buy all the parts and do it all at once ane the right way... gears lockers ect...... you guys probably wont see updates on my truck till probably sometime around december... well that all depends if i get hooked up with a really good job or not.... may be sooner.... but 5.29's... probably not duals..... im not sure if i will need them as much as people who live around tons of rocks... so more than lickley 4.7's...... a w56... possibly another marlin tranny for me... depending on how much money i have........ not to sure on axles... more than lickley toys but possibly fullwidths, i have a d70 layin around.. ya ya ya think a d70 is a bit overkill but :dunno: of course high steer.... 35's or 36's you guys get the picture...... i will also probably keep the bed also, i found out it is really really nice haveing a bed and for insurance a full exo cage.... ya some people think it is ugly but whatever... this will be my dd and if i roll it id rather be able to drive it to work on monday and not spend a $hit load of money and time fixin it and not have a car to drive!! :wave:  :beerchug: oh ya thats my pops in the back also :wave:

Im converting my 85 2wd also, its alot of work but its something different, you dont need deep pockets just a fair amount of fab skills which I dont have so I have to pay someone to weld all this crap for me :flamer:  :smack:  good luck :beer:

i got the skill... for example http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=11862.0  .......... really i see the only diffrent part to a ifs 4wd sas to a 2wd sas is the transmission....... that will eat up some of your money but other than that its prettymuch the same!!! but goodluck!!! :wave:  :beerchug:
