1985 SR-5 Price Question

I have found a 85 SR-5 reg. cab with 74000 miles on it, what do yall think its worth, its very very clean and runs like a new one, the guy selling it got it from his father-in-law when he died and he bought it new, it has no rust and no scratches or dents, docent look like it has ever had anything in the bed to me, but the paint is a little faded but other than that no flaws    he wants 5000 for is, is that fair?

it does have low miles, but its an old truck. i can see some maintence possibly needed. its also a regular cab and you said the paint is starting to fade. $3500-4000 sounds more fair.

Do you have any pics of the truck? Is the truck stock or is it built? The last 85 SR5 I bought I paid 3,000 for it and it had a rebuilt engine in it with about 5,000 miles on the rebuild, and was as clean as can be.

i would love to get it as cheep as i could and the paint actually is not what is fadeing but the stripes, but i know the truck has been taken care of, and the guy i am getting it from has had it for several years   and he isnt backing down on the price, i think i am going to have to take it

i have a 86 carb that i was thinking about makeing my dd out of until i decided to buy this one, now i may sas the 86 but still havent decided yet
