OME Rear spring lift question

Does anyone know how much lift OME rear springs for 84-88 PU give?  Anyone use these springs and have anything good or bad to say about them?

I think they give 3" of lift over stock. Not many people on the board use them unless they are drug dealers, OME is pretty spensive for stock lift springs. But I hear they ride nice.
