Directions on converting e locker to cable

My buddy just got an e locker from dirt bag and want's to convert it to cable any info or sites with how to is welcome. :beerchug:

I think Marlin sells what ya need - he had it in the shop last time I was there. If not I know Downey does..

I think Marlin just had a Downey kit, he used to have one but I think he already sold it...

Check out the thread BigMike has on it. FIREBALL did do it on his. I think this was also on here not too far back, im sure if you did a search, there might be some info. Also I am sure if you did a search on Pirate, something will pop up...

Downey still sells the kit for doing the conversion. It's kinda pricy though I think it's around $125 in my old 2001 catalog I have.

I believe FIREBALL had about $70 in his because he got some really nice heavy duty cables.

My buddy and I are going to see what is avialable through the bike shop, we cann get little heim joints and crazy heavy duty cables for old bikes that had drum brakes and also little cable conection fittings so hopefully he can keep the cost down. We had to cut the axle tubes in order to get the axle shafts out, but the third feels great and will go in in the next couple weeks.
