I went out wheeling the other day and about lunch time I power down the bck window on my 4Runner for some airflow - now it won't go back up :sad2:

Has anyone else had problems with the rear window? ???

I put a jumper to the motor and it works fine, fuses in panel are all good, safety switch for back door closure checks out.  I can't however find any juice at the switch in the console?  How does a guy trace that back?

My brothers camry just had the same problem, its the switch.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Am I to understand from your replies that the switch is indeed dismantleable? 8)
