Piping front fenders.
« on: May 08, 2005, 07:44:19 PM »
I have decided to add more protection to my front fedners.  I bought 21 feet of sch 40  1 1/4.  It had an OD of 1.66.  I have a friend with a pipe bender and i can use it.  But i have to go over to his house to bend the pipe.  Here are the plans.  first pic is of my fender right now.  the other pics are of my fender before i trimmed it more.

I was suppose to go over to my friends house to start bending today, but it has been raining all day.

Bender must be outside or I agree with BigMike.

I had A Golf tourny monday and tuesday.  then my coil died on my truck today.  So i didn't get to drive it to school or my buddies house.  Also had to go rent a tux after school today for the Prom on Saturday.  hopefully tomarrow my buddy isn't working and i can start bending.
